Our mission at Roth Turkey Farms is to raise the best, freshest, tastiest turkeys for your Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Our turkeys are all natural, raised on an all vegetable diet, with nothing added or injected. Along with taking excellent care of our turkeys, we are also federally-inspected and follow state regulations.

About UsSince 1988, Roth Turkey Farm is an independent, 4th generation, family-owned and operated turkey farm. Our farm operates year round. We offer our fresh turkeys to retail customers during the holiday season. We are located off of Route 47, just south of Forrest, IL.

Our TurkeysWe offer fresh (never frozen), all natural, processed, federally-inspected turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other turkey products such as ground turkey & thigh/drum packages are available year round. For the holidays, order early to get the size you want!

Giving BackIn 2012, Roth Turkey Farm began a partnership with the New York City Thanksgiving ministry organization. This organization provides over 1,000 Thanksgiving meals to New York City’s working poor through churches and other faith-based organizations.

Turkey Baking Tips
- Whole fresh turkey and other fresh turkey products should be cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature prior to serving.
- Whole smoked turkey and other smoked turkey products should be heated to 165 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature prior to serving.
- General rule of thumb is 1 to 1.5 pounds of turkey per person, regardless of either whole turkey or turkey breast.
- Of course, everyone loves turkey leftovers, so figure high!
